TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

In the interest of good customer relations we have devised our Standard Terms and Conditions, which set out the basis of our business relationship between the customer and ourselves. All bookings made with BVM are on the basis of our Terms.

You will note that there are two documents:

1. Terms and Conditions for Clients booking Direct - for individuals or group of individuals.

2. Terms and Conditions for Travel Agents and Tour Operators

Our Quotations will be based on the appropriate terms and conditions and will clearly indicate the applicable document. You may open and print these documents in PDF format

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All clients are strongly advised to take up adequate Travel Insurance cover as offered in their country of residence at the time of booking against all risks including assistance with medical emergencies or in the event of having to cancel your holiday due to any unforeseen circumstances or events. Should the Client fail to take out such a valid insurance against the said risks, then the Client will be held liable to indemnify BVM, our overseas agents and representatives where applicable for any costs that arise which would otherwise have been met had such an insurance cover been in force.
